1.1 This website is operated by Cable And Devices C & R Trading LLC, our registered office at Office No. 2536, 25th Floor, IRIS Bay Tower, Al Abraj Street, Business Bay, Dubai. When we refer to "Cabledevices.ae", "we" or "us", we are referring to our company.
1.2 Cabledevices.ae is a specialist dealer in computer and hardware related products.
1.3 This website is designed for our existing and potential customers. If you order any products through this website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you review these terms before purchasing.
1.4 By accessing and using the Cabledevices.ae site you agree to the terms and conditions set out here. We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site.
2. Definitions
2.1 "Business Customer" means a customer who is not a customer.
2.2 "Customer" means a person who is not acting for commercial or professional purposes.
2.3 "Cabledevices.ae" means Cable And Devices C&R Trading LLC, referred to as "we" or "our" in these Terms and Conditions.
2.4 "Catalog" means the list of products and services provided by Cabledevices.ae.
2.5 "Force Majeure" includes events or circumstances beyond Cabledevices.ae's control that affect our ability to meet our obligations, such as government laws, fire, flood , accident or labor disputes involving third parties.
2.6 "Regular Business Hours" are 09.00 to 18.00 on weekdays.
2.7 "Business Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
2.8 "Online Access" or "Website" means the Cablendevices.ae website accessed through Cablendevices.ae.
2.9 "Customer" means a person who sells or purchases a Cabledevices.ae Product.
2.10 "User" means the person who accesses Open Online on behalf of the Client.
2.11 "Administrator" means the person who manages and authorizes Users on behalf of the Client.
2.12 "Products" are items listed for sale on the Open Online and available for purchase by customers.
2.13 "Terms and Conditions" contains guidelines for customers and users to access Cablendevices.ae's open online system, including the terms and conditions of sale that govern transactions in between customers and Cablendevices.ae.
3. Orders
3.1 All sales contracts entered into by Cabledevices.ae contain terms and conditions that apply to all Customer requirements. Order cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined in the "Customers and Returns" section of our website. These terms do not affect the statutory or contractual rights of consumers to return faulty goods.
3.2 All orders are subject to our acceptance and provision of the goods ordered. Cabledevices.ae reserves the right to cancel any order.
3.3 By placing an order, you confirm:
- 3.3.1 The information you provide to purchase goods or services from our website is accurate.
- 3.3.2 Your or your company's credit or debit card, which you have the right to use and the amount or credit limit to pay for the purchase. We will verify your card details before processing your order.
3.4 Order cut-off time is 3 PM

3.6 Cabledevices.ae does not accept the exchange of products.
3.7 Note that Cablendevices.ae may record or monitor incoming and outgoing calls and electronic communications for training purposes.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices listed are exclusive of value added tax (5%VAT) and other applicable sales taxes. If this is the case, the customer is responsible for paying these costs.
4.2 Cabledevices.ae reserves the right to adjust prices prior to delivery if: We will provide written notice to customers when these changes occur as a result of customer requests for product manufacturing upgrades or are delayed by:
- (a) Customer's instructions
- (b) The Client fails to provide accurate information or advice in a timely manner.
5. Ordering
5.1 You can place an order with us in one of the following ways:

(c) Submit your purchase order by email to: [email protected].
5.2 Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email containing the delivery tracking number.
5.3 Please note that we will use the email address you provide online or over the phone to send your confirmation message.
6. Delivery Terms, Methods and Process Time
6.1 For questions regarding delivery, please contact the Cabledevices.ae team on +971-4346-6183.
6.2 We will do our best to deliver goods on the agreed date but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as delivery company or delivery time issues). We will let you know if a delay is expected. If you are a customer and the new delivery date does not suit you, you can cancel your order.
6.3 For business customers: If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the agreed date, you can cancel the order and get a refund. To cancel, give us written notice after 30 days but before the item has been shipped or marked as ready for shipment. This clause does not apply to consumers.
6.4 Sellers must report defects or damage to the delivery within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Customers should report problems in a timely manner when they are discovered.
6.5 Retailers must be prepared to accept offers during normal business hours.
6.6 Loss shall pass to the Buyer once the goods have been delivered to the designated carrier. The risk remains with you if you refuse to deliver or if we are unable to deliver due to lack of instructions or documentation from you. The goods will be stored until they are delivered, and you will pay the associated costs.
6.7 Title to the goods will pass to you upon receipt of all payments.
6.8 If you cannot accept the delivery, Cablendevices.ae may: -
(i) Store and insure the Goods at your cost and risk.
(ii) Sell the Goods at the best possible price and return the balance, or charge you for the deficiency, after deducting handling and selling charges.
(iii) Arrange delivery at your expense of additional delivery charges.
6.9 You may request proof of delivery within 3 months from the date of delivery and we will use reasonable efforts to provide it. After 3 months, delivery is considered complete.
6.10 When the goods are delivered, you will be asked to sign proof of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the number of packages matches the delivery order. Differences and defects found must be noted on the proof of delivery. Cabledevices.ae is not responsible for any issues that are not flagged after you sign as proof of delivery.
6.11 Delivery options:
6.11.1 Standard Shipping: Your entire order will arrive within 1-2 days after all items are shipped.
6.11.2 Partial Delivery: If you order multiple items with different delivery times, you can request a separate delivery and you will be charged for each additional delivery outside of the standard delivery time.
6.11.3 Multiple destinations: If you want the goods to be delivered to multiple addresses, this can be arranged after passing security checks and paying an additional fee.
6.11.4 Delivery to UAE and Europe: We deliver via DPD to the whole of the UAE and most European countries. If the product is in, the next day or two is available for delivery to the UAE.
6.11.5 Weekend Delivery: As DPD does not ship on weekends, orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Friday, subject to availability.
6.11.6 DPD Delays: Cablendevices.ae is responsible for delays caused by DPD. In this case, please contact our customer service or contact DPD UAE.
7. Product Availability
7.1 We update our website throughout the day to provide accurate information on product availability and delivery times. Although we aim to keep all advertising materials in stock, we cannot guarantee their immediate availability. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with the delivery date. If the product is not available after the expected time, we will contact you by email or phone to extend the lead time or consider another product. Even if an item is listed on our website, our suppliers have it in stock. You can check by emailing [email protected] or calling +971-4346-6183.
8. Payment Methods and Charges
8.1 Whether you order online, by phone, fax or email, we offer four payment methods: check, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
8.1.1 Payment by Account: To pay by account, please complete our Invoice Application Form and Authorization Form. Once submitted, we will ask for a list of insured loans based on your company's situation and notify you of the amount received.
8.1.2 Bank transfer: You can also pay by bank transfer. For international transfers, customers must pay additional fees. After receiving the transaction, we will process your payment and then we will ship your items. Please note that offline payments may take a few days to process.
8.1.3 By phone: Call our customer service at +971-4346-6183. For larger orders, we may contact you for additional verification before confirming the transaction.
8.2 For security reasons, Cablendevices.ae may request that customers pay by bank transfer. We also reserve the right to call new customers after receiving an order.
8.3 We reserve the right to cancel transactions for security reasons if your insurance company or fraud office suspects fraud.
8.4 For customers with invoices, our payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Product specifications
9.1 Cabledevices.ae will do its best to deliver goods as advertised but if the manufacturer changes, goods may be delivered with some variations in size and specification.
9.2 If we are unable to supply you with goods as you have ordered, we may supply you with alternative goods of better or better quality at no additional cost. If you choose not to accept these alternatives, you can cancel your order and receive a refund for the product and related shipping costs. If so, a refund is your only remedy.
10. Trade names and Trade Marks
10.1 Names and trademarks (other than Cabledevices.ae) may not identify the manufacturer of any product. Instead, it may indicate common or mechanical systems associated with this product.
10.2 If you are purchasing a component and require a specific brand, please contact Cabledevices.ae to confirm the manufacturer prior to placing an order.
11. Warranties and Returns - RMA
11.1 Special conditions apply to customers who wish to return goods, which supersede the returns policy herein.
11.2 This section applies to customer returns.
11.3 At Cabledevices.ae we strive to provide high quality products and services. If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, we offer the following return options:
11.4 We offer a 12 month guarantee on all Cisco products to consumers and business customers and a 3 month guarantee to wholesalers. Please note that Cablendevices.ae is not affiliated with Cisco and cannot provide a Cisco manufacturer's warranty if it differs from our warranty. For other items, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
11.5 In relation to commercial sales, all warranties and conditions not expressly stated are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Goods will not be tested for a specific application unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.6 For commercial services, Cablendevices.ae performs the contracted services to professional standards and guarantees that the work will be free from defects for 30 days after completion. We are not responsible for any damage caused by our services or equipment modified by someone else. Claims related to the quality of our services can be independently reviewed by independent experts. All warranties and other conditions relating to the Services are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.7 We accept returns of faulty goods and will issue a refund or replacement if the goods are returned within 7 days of delivery. Although customers are not required to follow the return procedure, this helps to provide better service.
11.8 Our technical or customer support team will guide you on how to make a return.

12. Cablendevices.ae’s Liability
12.1 For business customers, Cablendevices.ae shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including loss of business, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and other financial losses. Our liability is limited to the invoice number of the applicable order. We are not responsible for any financial losses that are not related to the price of the product, and we can only refund if the product is damaged.
12.2 We do not accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Health and Safety Measures
13.1 Cabledevices.ae will ensure that the goods we supply are safe for health and safety when used properly for their intended purpose and where appropriate.
14. Force Majeure
14.1 We will not be considered in default if Cabledevices.ae is unable to meet its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
15. Customer’s Obligations
15.1 The customer must appoint an "Operator" for open internet access, as indicated on the authorization form.
15.2 The Administrator is responsible for using Open Online on behalf of the Client.
15.3 The Customer can change the operator using the online tools or by writing to Cabledevices.ae.
15.4 The Customer is responsible for meeting all technical requirements for open internet access. Cabledevices.ae is not responsible for losses caused by technical incompatibility or system errors.
15.5 The Client shall ensure that administrators and authorized users do not share login details with third parties under any circumstances.
16. Website Administrator’s Obligations
16.1 The Administrator has the following responsibilities:
16.1.1 Authorize, approve, and assign access levels for new and existing users.
16.1.2 Delete, remove or change user access rights for persons who have left the company or no longer wish to use Open Online.
16.1.3 Ensure that all company information (including shipping addresses and mailing addresses) in Open Online is correct.
16.2 The Client is fully responsible for the actions of the Administrator and any changes to the data made.
17. Website User Obligations
17.1 In the work done through Open Online, the User must always act on behalf of the Client.
17.2 Users must not share security information such as username and password with third parties.
17.3 Users may not use their login details after they have ceased to be an account or a Client.
18. Login and Security
18.1 The eligibility criteria for Online Open are:
18.1.1 Cabledevices.ae Account.
18.1.2 The user's unique username (usually their email address).
18.1.3 User Passwords. 18.2 By using the login information, the customer agrees to the orders and information submitted for him.
18.3 Customers, administrators and users must make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of login information (especially passwords).
19. License to Use Cablendevices.ae
19.1 Cabledevices.ae grants you an exclusive license to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
19.2 We may revoke this license at any time without notice.
19.3 Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which apply to all pages and login areas on the website.
