Cable and Devices Computers & Requisites Trading LLC. is committed to delivering your new IT equipment quickly and securely. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget.
Standard Shipping: Your entire order will arrive within 1-2 days after all items are shipped.
Partial Delivery: If you order multiple items with different delivery times, you can request a separate delivery and you will be charged for each additional delivery outside of the standard delivery time.
Multiple destinations: If you want the goods to be delivered to multiple addresses, this can be arranged after passing security checks and paying an additional fee.
Flat Shipping Charges: A flat AED50 will be charged for UAE orders.
VAT Charges: Online prices are exclusive of the VAT, it will be charged over and above the online prices at a rate of 5% (UAE). All our payment options are ready to receive and execute your orders with VAT compliance.
Delivery: We deliver via DPD to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman . If the product is in, the next day or two is available for delivery to all GCC countries.
Weekend Delivery: As DPD does not ship on weekends, orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Friday, subject to availability.
DPD Delays: Cable and Devices is responsible for delays caused by DPD. In this case, please contact our customer service or contact DPD UAE.
Order Restocking Fee: A restocking fee is a charge that a seller may apply to a customer when an item is returned for a refund. At Cable and Devices, we charge 25%-30% (approx) of the customer’s refund amount.
Cut off Time: Order cut-off time at Cable and Devices is 3 PM.
Handling Time: Cable and Devices takes 1 day to process an order or request before it's completed or shipped
Transit Time: Cable and Devices transit time is 7-9 Days
Delivery Time: Your orders will be delivered to your location within 7 to 10 days
Weekend and Holiday Shipping:
Cable and Devices does not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays.
